What the percentage tells you
It indicates the proportion of concentrate in the finished fragrance. Eau de toilette, eau de parfum and extrait offer a guide to concentration, not a universal scale of quality.
Two compositions do not become comparable simply because their bottles show the same percentage. Their materials and balance matter too.

What it cannot promise
A number cannot promise hours of wear, projection or an ideal spray count on your skin. We would not ask you to choose ALBA, SOMARI or ENCENS from this figure alone.
An opening impression cannot tell you everything either. Smell at first, then return to the same area of skin. Ask what you want to experience again, rather than what announces itself most loudly.
