Products sold on soiesublime.com are sold by SOIE SAUVAGE SAS, a French simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €1,500, registered office at 200 rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 988 710 380, VAT number FR65988710380. These terms apply to consumer orders delivered to metropolitan France, every European Union country, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
Products and prices
ALBA, SOMARI and ENCENS Perfume Extracts (100 ml) and the Discovery Set (3 × 3 ml) are described on their respective pages. Photographs are not contractually binding.
Prices are shown in euros. The applicable total, taxes collected and shipping fee are shown before the order is confirmed. SOIE SAUVAGE SAS may change its prices at any time; the price displayed when the order is placed applies.
Order and payment
The order becomes final when payment is confirmed. Payment is made in one instalment by card through Shopify’s secure payment service. An order confirmation email states the amount and expected dispatch schedule.
SOIE SAUVAGE SAS may refuse an abnormal order or an order placed in bad faith.
Shipping and dispatch
Orders are open for delivery to metropolitan France, every European Union country, the United States, Canada, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Israel, Malaysia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman.
Metropolitan France: €5.90 below €65; standard shipping is free from €65.
Other European Union countries: €9.90 below €150; standard shipping is free from €150.
All other open countries: €19 for one Discovery Set ordered alone; €29 for all other orders. Free shipping is not offered to these countries. The rate displayed by Shopify at checkout is authoritative.
100 ml fragrances and Discovery Set: dispatched within 2 to 3 business days.
If this timeframe cannot be met, we will contact you. You may accept the revised date or request full cancellation and refund.
For deliveries outside the European Union, taxes or import duties not collected at checkout may be payable on delivery and remain your responsibility.
Risk transfers when the parcel is handed over. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photographs so we can offer a replacement or refund.
Withdrawal and returns
You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw by emailing contact@soiesublime.com with your name, order number and product. The complete, unopened and sealed product must be returned within 14 days of that notice. Return shipping is at your expense.
A fragrance unsealed after delivery cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and health-protection reasons.
Contact us before returning a fragrance. We will provide the process and the label of a carrier authorised to transport fragrances. A refund is made to the original payment method within 14 days after the return is received.
Legal guarantees
French legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects apply where relevant. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence remain unaffected. For a defective or damaged product, or an incorrect item, contact us. We cover the return and provide a replacement or refund.
Mediation and governing law
If a dispute remains unresolved with customer service, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge. SOIE SAUVAGE SAS is appointing its mediator; details are available on request from contact@soiesublime.com.
These terms are governed by French law without depriving consumers of mandatory protections in their country of residence. French courts have jurisdiction only where permitted by applicable law.
